Latest Villa Mella exterior pictures, taken a couple of weeks back while visiting Paros for a friendly couple's baby girl's baptism. We've had such a wondeful time! Thank you Fanis and Claire.

Intro-Description

Casa Mella is the ideal place to spend a vacation on the island of Paros, combining the outmost privacy and relaxation with easy access to all the island's places of cosmopolitan interest. It is part of a 2 house complex and situated on a 4000 sq.m. plot of land. The house accomodates 4-6 guests in an area of 120 sq.m. plus 80 sq.m. of basement. It was designed by ss.mm architecture urbanism design and construction completed in 2009. It consists of 2 levels plus basement with an internal atrium around which the main living spaces are organized. The ground floor is surrounded by large terraces towards the sea view and a private pool (scheduled to be built late 2010). 

Location

The house is located in an exclusive area near the beach of Glyfa at the south-east area of the island, over a secluded and idylic blue creek. It overlooks a panoramic view of the islands of Naxos, Iraklia, Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros. While perfect for family oriented and relaxing vacations away from the usual tourist paths, it's nevertheless a 10 min. drive away from the popular beaches of Hrysi Akti (Golden Beach) and Punda and the villages of Drios, Piso Livadi and Marpissa.
